Hannah is a born yogi. She has been active her entire life. She's played soccer and softball, performed with her demo team in martial arts, competes with her dance team and is a true practitioner of yoga. She has seen first-hand the true benefits of yoga for kids. She started practicing yoga in 2006 when life threw her some curve balls. Rather than wallow in what was going on around her, she found ways to be in control of her inner world. She found a peace, a sense of self, and a calmness she needed. Shortly after starting yoga her grades improved. A lot! Her dancing improved. Her martial arts improved. And she was happier! Her passion is now to introduce yoga to as many kids as possible. She is on a mission to make yoga cool for even the coolest kids. Her energy is astounding. She wants to bring yoga to all kids, to help them experience the benefits of yoga, and to have fun doing it!
