These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of yogaforkidz.com (the “Site”) and your enrollment in classes and programs offered by Yoga for Kidz (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or registering your child for a class, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and your child.
WHO CAN REGISTER
Our classes are designed for children, and all registrations, communications, and payments must be completed by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old. By registering a child for a class, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian, or that you have the authority to enroll them.
OUR SERVICES
Yoga for Kidz provides yoga classes and related programs for children. Class formats, schedules, instructors, and locations may change, and we will do our best to notify you in advance of significant changes.
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Registration is confirmed once payment has been received in full, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking. You agree to provide accurate and current information when registering. By registering your child for a Yoga for Kidz class, you acknowledge this risk and confirm that your child is physically able to participate, unless you have notified us in advance of a condition that may require accommodation. You agree to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect your child’s participation. Yoga for Kidz instructors are not medical professionals, and nothing provided in class should be treated as medical advice.

CODE OF CONDUCT
We ask that all children and accompanying adults treat instructors, staff, and other participants with respect. We reserve the right to remove a participant from a class, without refund, if their behavior is disruptive or unsafe.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and class materials, is the property of Yoga for Kidz and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yoga for Kidz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in our classes. Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid for the class in question.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Yoga for Kidz, its instructors, and staff harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your child’s participation in our classes, except where caused by our own negligence.
GOVERNING LAW
